Payment for Services

Athena accepts all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks

Please note, that due to the costs incurred by our agency for depositing checks with insufficient funds, a $35 fee will be charged for personal checks that do not clear in addition to the cost of services provided.  

 

 

Payment is due at the time of service

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We ask that you notify us if you are running late or need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly request at least 48 hours of advanced notice if

you need to reschedule so we may offer the appointment time to another client.  Cancellations made between 24-48 may be subject to a $30 late cancellation fee. Cancellations or no shows made within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 fee.

 

If we are out-of-network with your insurance carrier, we will provide documentation

for the services rendered to assist you with obtaining reimbursement.

Athena Psychological Services does not guarantee reimbursement for services due to the

fact that insurance carriers, plans, deductibles, and covered services often vary.
